Church Life

,

I was brought up in a Pentecostal Church where power through the baptism of the Holy Spirit was central to our religion. When I turned 30 I began to hunger and thirst for more of God, to know Him, to know His love. I began studying His word, digging deeper and deeper and praying more and more. Why? Because when you are living in the real world, struggling through battles you need more than a sermon and a song or some emotional high. You need a deep rooted relationship with God. You need to know, that you know, that you can trust Him. You need to know, He will never leave or forsake you.
Listen, I tell you from experience—I am imperfect, I have failed, but I have found, no spiritual high, no person, not your pastor, not your parent, not your spouse, not even your children will be able to save your soul.
My hope is built on Jesus Christ.
Acts 16:31
“Believe in the Lord Jesus and you will be saved, along with everyone in your household.”
